Yuma's CV

My name is Guan Yue (Yuma) Wu. I am a PhD Student at the University of Ottawa, and I research AI regulation. In more specific terms, I study the impact of artificial sociality on a societal level and explore prospective regulatory safeguards that accord necessary protections to people experiencing emotional attachments to artificial entities. I have experience building humanoid robots, writing about AI chatbots, and teaching Canadian criminal law.
